A ground up rebuild was scheduled on our customer’s drill rig, they engaged us to deliver a complete auto electrical upgrade to improve safety, reliability and serviceability.

Understanding that ageing machinery often lacks modern electrical protection and efficient wiring layouts, our team designed and manufactured a fully custom built auto electrical system. Purpose engineered for the rig’s harsh operating conditions. All wiring is marine grade with improved insulation properties able to withstand high temperatures and oil soaking. Alongside the new braidied wiring harness, we developed a comprehensive auto electrical system enclosure designed to streamline control circuits, reduce fault points and ensure long-term durability.
